From the front of the house you can see Skaha Lake and surrounding you are beautiful hills. The house is a great place for a family reunion or family getaway. The fully fenced in backyard can allow the children to run freely or the adults to enjoy a volley ball game or bocce ball game. A major grocery store is just a couple of minutes walk from the home and the BEST ice cream in town is just 2 blks away. You will definitely feel the comfort of a home away from home setting.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 world-class golf courses within 20 minutes driving and another 12 within a 30 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 ski resorts within a one hour drive, Mt. Baldy in Oliver, Apex in Penticton , Big White in Kelowna, and one in Westbank.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Most amenities are within walking distance. Penticton is 10 minutes by car.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Skaha Lake is a 2 minute walk. The beach is not even a 3 minute walk from the house.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
Payment preference would be direct deposit to bank account or Western Union.
The $500.00 damage deposit is due and payable 7 business days prior to your arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
