• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Several golf courses are in the area and surrounding communities. They include: Princeton Gold Club, Twin Lake Resort, Osoyoos Golf & Country Club, Penticton Golf & Country Club, Summerland Golf and Country Club, Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course, Fairview Mountain Golf Club and Ponderosa Golf Club.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 ski resorts within a one hour drive. Mt. Baldy in Oliver, Apex in Penticton, Big White in Kelowna, and Crystal Mountain in Westbank.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You are within walking distance to all amenities. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Money can be wired by western union.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
