Come and stay in our tastefully furnished, new 2 bedroom top floor (with elevator) luxury condo. Enjoy this home away from home with all the modern conveniences (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Ceran top stove, 2-TVS, etc.) On those hot summer days cool off with the built-in air conditioning, and during the mild winter months snuggle up by the gas fireplace.

On the south western side, where Skaha Lake meets the Okanagan River, our condo is footsteps away from the the Okanagan River, Skaha Lake, Kettle Valley/Canada Trail, Lions Gardens and the restored Okanagan Falls Trestle Bridge.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). 30 minutes away from 16 golf courses.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Great skiing and skating are available 35 minutes from our condo at Apex Mountain Resort.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). If you are looking for more shopping Penticton is less than 15 minutes to the north, and the US/Canada border is 30 minutes south just past Osoyoos.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This building is on the south western side where Skaha Lake meets the Okanagan River. The building is the newest of the three building complex which is just footsteps away from the the Okanagan River, Skaha Lake, TransCanada Trail, Lions Gardens and the restored Okanagan Falls Trestle Bridge. Boats can be beached on the grassy bank on the east side of the Okanagan River which runs along the side of the building - Riverside Court.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
