Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. The master bedroom has a full natural wood queen suite with nightside tables, lamps, bureau and mirror, reading lamp, chair and ottoman, walk in closet, attached private entry bathroom, glass sliding doors to deck with lake view. Comfortable bedding and pillows.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). This room has a comfortable triple bunk with a double super futon bed on the bottom that can be folded up for sitting. Comfortable bedding and pillows. It has a closet, desk, chair and lamp, and computer modem for high speed internet.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

The view from the livingroom and deck is of the south end of Skaha Lake and the surrounding hills.

Distances

• The Penticton Airport is only a 12 minute drive from the condo.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a choice of 6 excellent golf courses within a 15 minute to 30 minute drive. Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course, and Fairview Mountain Golf Courses are twenty-five minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Apex Ski Resort is only a forty minute drive from the condo. There is skiing from November to April and mountain biking and hiking in the summer.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small shopping mall with a large grocery store and other shops across the street from the condo.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The complex is situated on a lake front park and river front walkway/bike trail. There is boat access to the side of the complex, where boats can be tied up safely on shore or canoes and kayaks can be pulled up. There is a choice of great sandy swimming beach parks within a few 100 meters. There are two beautiful sandy beaches adjacent to the condo property with great swimming and picnic facilities. The condo property has boat access on the river channel and a large fish pond, park and walking path on the lakeside. There is a wonderful hike and bike trail along the lake shore, starting at the side of our complex. It has a trestle near by that is great for fishing and swimming from.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
