Okanagan Falls is located between Oliver and Penticton on Highway 97. Our condo is 20 km to Penticton - 43 km to Osoyoos - 84 km to Kelowna
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby. The warm and dry climate makes it possible to play from March to late November.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Big White and Apex ski resorts.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). IGA Grocery Store, Post Office, across the street also a Pizza Stop, Restaurants, Ice-Cream Parlour and a Video Plus and more close-by.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. Skaha Lake beach is a short walk from the condo with the opportunity for excellent boating, sailing, sail boarding, water skiing and swimming. A boat launch is about 3 blocks away from the condo. Boat moorage is available on the grassy river bank that is only foot steps from our condo. Boats can be beached on the grassy bank on the Okanagan River which runs along the west-side of the condo. Feel free to use the folding lounge and lawn chair on the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
