Furnished in a comfortable mid western theme, this well equipped unit has all regular household and kitchen appliances including gas BBQ, washer, dryer, vacuum, water cooler, Cable TV, and air conditioning and is definitely a vacation home where you and your family can relax and play. It's a short walk across the front courtyard lawn to the swimming pool and just out the back patio to the lake.

• Penticton Airport is 15 minutes drive and Kelowna Airport is a 1 hour drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Numerous golf courses in the area and surrounding communities within minutes drive: Princeton Gold Club, Twin Lake Resort, Osoyoos Golf & Country Club, Penticton Golf & Country Club, Summerland Golf and Country Club, Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course, Fairview Mountain Golf Club, and Ponderosa Golf Club.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 ski resorts within a one hour drive. Mt. Baldy in Oliver, Apex in Penticton, Big White in Kelowna, and Crystal Mountain in Westbank.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You are within walking distance to all amenities. OK Falls offers a weekend swap meet and incredible ice-cream at at "Tickleberries". As well as local shopping and dining, the shopping malls and weekend craft fairs of Penticton are a 10 minute drive. There are also many fantastic wineries in the area.
• Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Walk across the lawn to the river and along the path to the lake. The complex has a heated pool open during June to September. The rivers edge is at your back door across the lawn and the lakefront beach is about 250 yards from the complex. The beach has shade and a playground for children. Boats can be moored in the river.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
For stays less than 3 days, standard cleaning is $100 but is included in longer stays.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
