• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 world-class golf courses within 20 minutes' driving. 'Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course' in Oliver is a desert links course. Fairview Mountain at Oliver. There are 12 other courses within 30 minutes' drive of the condo.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Mt Baldy in Oliver, Apex in Penticton, Big White in Kelowna and Crystal Mountain in Westbank.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Most amenities are within walking distance. Penticton is 10 minutes by car.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Skaha Lake is a 2 minute walk. All other lakes should be accessed by car. Boat loading is about 3 blocks away near the Provincial Park. The beach is about 200 - 300 yards from the complex. Feel free to use the folding lawn chairs on the beach.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
Deposits and refunds are negotiable.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
