Cottage is on a secluded 14 acre property with 1700 ft. of private river frontage, 5 min. from Mabel Lake. It is a 3 bedroom home with 2 large decks, a gazebo and all amenities situated within a spectacular mixed forest of cedar, pine, birch, hemlock and maple. Swimming, paddling, fishing, wildlife viewing are all available from the beautiful Riverside Deck. Golf, mountain biking, hiking, fine dining and more are available within min. of the cottage. |

The cottage is a modern 3 bdrm home with all amenities, 2 large decks, and a furnished gazebo on 14 acres of pristine mixed forest with 1700 feet of exclusive river frontage, great for paddling, swimming, fishing and wildlife viewing.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has en suite. Walk out to upper deck and wonderful views of the river and valley. New pine bedroom suite includes bed, side tables and large dresser with mirror.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom on the main floor offers an all-wood bunk bed with direct access to the second bathroom.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This private bedroom off the family room provides a new queen bedroom set with large dresser and mirror.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

This cottage is located on the Shuswap river in the heart of the Okanagan Valley's Monashee Mountains. The living room, master bedroom, gazebo, upper and riverside decks offer spectacular views of the river, the valley and the surrounding Trinity Hills. The extent to which one feels immersed and secluded in the BC back country is complete. The river is broad with a large island running the length of our 1700 feet of river frontage. An awe inspiring mixed forest rises from the river providing the dominant feature occupying the southern skyline. Sitting at the water's edge or on either of the two decks, you'll view a wonderful collection of wildlife - a nesting pair of bald eagles, blue herons, loons, kingfishers, deer, otter, beaver and the occasional black bear. In the fall, the river teams with salmon, returning from the Pacific to spawn. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to the morning sun rising over Mabel Lake to the east - it just doesn't get any better than this.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal During high season, our one week fee is $1575.00 CAD. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your booking. The remaining $1075.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to the first day of your vacation. A damage deposit of $750.00 CAD (via certified cheque, money order or credit card) is due 7 days prior to the first day of your rental period. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
