View

There is nothing like being right on the lakefront and being able to sit on the deck or dock and watch the birds and see the fish jumping. The sunsets are spectacular. It's very relaxing to sit in the yard and watch the boats on the lake, the sail boats come out on Sundays.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
