• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There a 4 ski resorts in the area. The nearest family resort is 30 minute drive. The major ski hill is 1 hour and 30 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The nearest shops are a 5 minute walk. Major shopping malls are 10-40 minutes by car
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a beautiful view of the Okanagan Lake. The lake is within walking distance. The beach (5 minute walk) is rocky and clean, with good swimming conditions.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
