Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A sand and rocks beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. 198' lakefront There is a large dock with boat tie up.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is due on arrival.

Allow groups 25 years or older.
Quiet Time:
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
