This spacious rancher is your holiday retreat "par excellence". Very private location, 2 minutes to public lake access (dogs allowed), and 3 minutes to public lake access with boat launch, tennis court, and playground (no dogs allowed). Two canoes available with beach dolley and life vests. Ten minutes by car to the famous Predator Ridge Golf Course, 40 minutes to Silver Star Ski resort.

We have 2 canoes available with a beach dolly, and 5 life vests.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10,- p/d p/dog will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
