    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. A fee of 10.00 per nt up to $40.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
