Our home can sleep 10 adults comfortably, but there is always room for more. Sit back relax on the deck in the backyard. You can enjoy our 7 person hot tub with stereo system for that late night relaxation. You may also take in the cool breeze of our air conditioned home while watching an afternoon movie.
Wineries are only a 15 minute drive along the scenic Naramata road which winds through beautiful orchards with Okanagan Lake by your side. Sun seekers can enjoy miles of warm, sandy beaches while water sport enthusiasts will find their every need catered to.

Security Deposit ($750) and 25% of rental fee is due within 7 days of booking. At this time a rental and information package will be sent to you via mail.

We may be willing to accept weekend stays. Inquire through Owner Direct.

Sorry we do not cater to party weekends/vacations.

Inquire about long term rentals through Owner Direct (while our nightly rate is negotiable for long term rentals, we will not be giving MAJOR discounts for long term stays).

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    Credit Cards will be accepted shortly. Cleaning and Hot Tub Maintenance Fee will also be added to time of booking.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
