Vacation Home If you need tranquility, you have found the place. Our home is located steps away from Lake Okanagan in the Trout Creek area of Summerland. Lake access is directly across the street and Powell Beach is a 2-block walk, and has tennis courts. The sandy beach is an idyllic location for a stroll or swimming.Our home is on 10 acres, we grow apples and lavender. Adjacent to us is the "8th Generation Winery" which offers wine-sampling in its boutique. You can go hiking or biking on the scenic Kettle Valley rail bed, and walk the historic Trout Creek Trestle with its panoramic views. |

Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 7 years old. • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
