Lake Ninevah is one of Vermont’s best kept secrets. This pristine lake is coveted for its peace and quiet. Most of the surrounding land has been preserved and there are only about a dozen cottages on the lake shore. A 5 m.p.h. motor boat restriction makes Lake Ninevah a haven for those who love to swim, canoe, kayak, sail, windsurf, fish or just relax. Hike or mountain bike from the cottage door. Escape to this nature retreat where opportunities abound for wildlife watching that includes loons, bald eagles, great blue herons, hawks, geese, ducks, mink, beaver, moose, deer and other wildlife.

Our cottage has wonderful views of Lake Ninevh, Mount Okemo and the surrounding mountains. Most the land surrounding Lake Ninevah has been preserved and there are only about a dozen cottages on the lakeshore of this lake with a large circular expanse of about 250 acres.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
