Clear view of the lake from the back porch. Nice gentle sloping path down to the lakeshore. Very, very quiet and private. Nearest neighbors are two vacant lots away.
Smoking is permitted outside only. No tolerance for littering the property with cigarette butts. An additional fee for picking up litter (cans, paper plates, butts) will be taken from the security deposit.
Absolutely no pets.
No Diving off the dock.
Children must be supervised on the back porch due to the elevation.
The instruction upon departure must be followed. Turn off the water heater, set the thermostats to the specified temperature, turn off all lights and all ceiling fans. Lock the doors including the deadbolts.

Dock has 2 covered slips, room for 3 additional boats to tie up. Full electrical and lights for night use. Dock is short walk (30 yards) from the house, gradual sloped path. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Water Trampoline.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Full payment and $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to guest arrival. If not received, the reservation will be cancelled. The $500 security deposit will not be deposited but held until the guest leaves and returned to the guest assuming there is no damage to the property.
