    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is private. There is room for 4 boats. Dock has 2 covered slips, a boat lift and room for 2 additional boats to tie up. Full electrical and lights for night use. Dock is short walk (30 yards) from the house, gradual sloped path. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
