1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The main bedroom is air-conditioned furnished with a double bed and it has its own private bathroom. The bedroom has spectacular Mountain View.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has also a double bed.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). There is only one single bed in the third bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living - room and if necessary we can put one more single bed in the living room for an extra guest.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Barcelona Prat Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is a very good restaurant nearby (walking distance). You have to drive to the nearest shop.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
