Set amongst a large and well maintained garden with superb panoramic views of the local countryside, this modern, spacious bright villa with its own architecturally designed private swimming pool will provide the ideal relaxing holiday in this quiet residential area of Opio. Exploring one of the prettiest areas of the French Riviera with several little villages dotted around such as Biot or Valbonne make for interesting excusions. The popular town of Grasse, known for its perfume production is close by, where visitors can visit and even create an individual fragrance in one of the perfume factories. The beaches of Cannes are superb with boat trips to the Islands of Lerins in the Bay of Cannes, a haven of peace and tranquillity. The owner live in a small basement flat, beneath the villa (independent entrance, shared access from the garage). Swimming pool (11m x 5m, depth 0.9m to 2.2m) . The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
