Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
A minimum of 100 Euros are to be paid in advance to secure a booking, the balance is then to be paid cash on arrival. Off course, the whole rent may be paid in advance. Cheques in EUROS must be issued from a French, Spanish, Portuguese or British bank (then in Sterling pounds). PayPal : you must already have a PayPal account with sufficient funds, then transfer from your PayPal account to mine - VISA /CreditCard payments via PayPal are NOT accepted.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
