    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). You can find very good restaurants nearby the villa however it is necessary to have a car.
    • Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) walk.
    • Nearby Attractions: A sandy lagoon that has become a protected international beauty, populated by the aquatic birds, a famous and well equipped sailing centre that organizes important regattas, tennis courts, a variety of museums with Etruscan findings, solitary walks along the paths that rise above the sea: there is truly something for everyone. Directly in front of Porto Santo Stefano is Giglio Island, which can be reached by ferry with daily services. Near Giglio is the very small island of Giannutri which preserves the remains of a very charming Roman villa Thermes of Saturnia (55 km) and moreover – 155 km from Rome where we have an apartment for rent.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euro for hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
