From all corners of the house you will be surrounded by a beautiful silver sea from which this enchanting place take its name: Monte Argentario.
Monte Argentario is a large and hilly promontory in southern Tuscany. Popular primarily with well-off Italians, the area boasts a nature reserve and some relatively unspoilt beaches. Long ago this sizeable outpost of Tuscany was an island; later it became joined to the mainland by three sand bars, which are now covered in woodland and separated by lagoons. Monte Argentario is part of the Province of Grossetto, an interesting area of Tuscany which is becoming increasingly fashionable as a holiday destination
Porto Santo Stefano the nearest pretty harbour is on the northern side of the promontory, served by ferries to the Tuscan islands. Porto Ercole faces south, Orbetello, located on the central isthmus, between the two lagoons. The southern connecting isthmus is a pine-clad nature reserve (called the Tombolo), with a path for walkers and cyclists along its length. From here you can access one of the coast's quietest beaches.

Highway A12 to Civitavecchia, take the SS1 (Aurelia) to Orbetello, from Orbetello direction Porto Santo Stefano.

Directly in front of Porto Santo Stefano is Giglio Island, which can be reached by ferry with daily services. Near Giglio is the very small island of Giannutri which preserves the remains of a very charming Roman villa

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euro for hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
