Minimum Age Limit for Renters: As the house is filled with rather expensive art, furnishings, and electronic equipment, a minimum age for renters is enforced. While children are welcome with parents, bear in mind the cost of the furnishings.

On the top of a bluff 200 feet above the ocean, you have a 180 degree view and can see 35 miles south, 5 miles north, and well out to sea. Fantastic views of the dramatic headlands and rock formations both in the water and along the beach... it makes for incredible sunsets and sunrises.
- North Bend/Coos Bay Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Both Horizon Airlines and United Airlines (starting in July 2008) serve the North Bend/Coos Bay area which is an hour to the north. Direct flights from Portland, Oregon are available on Horizon and direct flights to San Francisco are available on United.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 30 minute(s). Walk down the hill from the house to the beach you will find at the bottom and make your way to the town of Port Orford. Espresso bars and restaurants await you once you arrive at the town.

- Nearby Attractions: The beaches along the coast of Oregon are some of the most spectacular found on the entire West Coast. Explore the further and find yourself in a wide variety of settings. You can be in the Redwoods of Northern California, on the Rogue River for world-class fishing, hiking the Coast Range Mountains behind the house, or even in sand dunes that follow the coast for nearly 50 miles...
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card Cancellation with a 50% refund of the booking deposit is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which time deposits are forfeit. There are no exceptions that can be made.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 13.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
