The farmhouse is surrounded by hills with olive, almond and orange trees; The view, to the north is the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and to the south is the Sierra de Lujar; to the east, you can see Orgiva, a little town at 2 km

NOTE: Subject to weather conditions, the swimming pool will be open from 23 March - 9 November 2003.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 40 minutes) to the parking lot of the golf and country club.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 75 minutes) to the parking lot of the ski resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The farmhouse is a 15 minute walk to Orgiva, a little town of 8000 inhabitants with hospital, shops, and restaurants.
• A vehicle is required to drive (about 35 minutes) to the nearest ocean beach.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
