Unique Peaceful Natural Artistic
This property is totally unique and amazingly beautiful. Although easy walking distance to town along a good road, it is very secluded and peaceful. It has been covered with mosaic work (a la Gaudi) and has many unusual features such as a cave. It is situated on organic land with around 100 fruit trees and no direct neighbors. The mountain views are breathtaking and you awaken to the sound of the birds in the trees. It borders on a small river (dry in summer) and has plenty of opportunity for strolls into the countryside.

The unit has 1500 meters of private land attached and a small pool for cooling off when its hot!

The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about an hours drive away.
Waterfront and/or Beach
The beaches of the Mediterranean coast are about a 40 minute drive away.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, Personal Cheque.
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is due on arrival.
