The main views are to the south and west, giving excellent sun. To the south is the impressive mountain range of the Sierra de Lujar - virtually uninhabited and thus untouched. To the north you can see the snow covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada and to the west the rolling hills covered in Olive trees.
The unit has 1500 meters of private land attached and a small pool for cooling off when its hot!
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 5.00/pet/day will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
