1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Main bedroom with wonderful stone ceilings called "volte a stella". En suite sink.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom for two, furnished traditionally.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Wooden ceiling bedroom with a four poster bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The entire house is completely surrounded by plants, trees and herbs. A small pine wood, with some ancient carts of our grandfathers, has its own wooden benches and table where is possible to relax, read a book and why not have dinner or a drink or something. On the other side of the property there is a big oven just to prepare tasty pizza or anything you like.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
• Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
