Impeccable kitchen that is equipped with state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, ice maker, and halogen electric stove. A breakfast bar with gorgeous marble counter tops compliments the kitchen. A climate controlled indoor formal dining room overlooks the Jacuzzi deck, the lighted private pool, and the luxuriant villa garden. A large Mahogany table, imported from the United States, seats up to ten people, under overhead recess lighting and ceiling fans which give a cozy and delightful atmosphere. Formal dinners can be arranged with the local Chefs of French Restaurants located within walking distance in Orient Bay.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is climate controlled and offers a king-size Mahogany bed, and spacious closets for generous storage. Colorful drapery and original Caribbean oil paintings decorate the walls. The bedroom has an en suite Creole bath equipped with shower, modern cabinets and hairdryers. You can take a shower while viewing the islands of St. Bart and the private garden. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a stunning 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St Berth and Tintamarre on one side and the green St. Martin hills on the other side.

The Green bedroom has wide panoramic windows that open directly onto the garden, and has a separate rear entrance offering privacy for its guests.

Opens directly onto the Terracotta deck and the private swimming pool, and has a separate rear entrance offering privacy for its guests. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Duty-free St. Martin shopping can save the buyer up to 50% regular North American prices, especially on luxury goods such as crystal, leather, jewelry, perfumes, and liquor. The best places to find a cluster of St. Martin shopping outlets are in Margot on the French side, which is about a 10-15 minute drive from the villa, and Philipsburg on the Dutch, which is abouta 20-25 minute drive. The rue de la Liberte' and rue de la Republique in Marigot top French St. Martin shopping destinations, where a charming jumble of architecture houses the city's chic shops and duty-free boutiques.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Jet skiing, parasailing and windsurfing, snorkeling, water skiing, deep sea fishing, horse back riding, day trips to other Caribbean islands are all within walking distance from the villa. St. Martin's economy has been a duty-free port for over fifty years and thousands of cruise ship passengers descend on St. Martin each year specifically for the great deals to be had here.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.

Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the 25% deposit. For US residents, we accept checks from US banks, for international residents, we accept payment by Travelers check, certified check.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: 45 days or more prior to arrival 15% of gross rental. 45 – 30 days prior to arrival 30% of gross rental. 29 – 8 days prior to arrival 55% of gross rental. 7 days or less prior to arrival 100% of gross rental. Refunds are only given if the villa is re-booked.
