• Orlando International (MCO) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Take Airport Boulevard West to exit 1B SR-528-Toll West marked “International Drive/I-4/Florida’s Turnpike". Take FL-528 West for approx. 8.4 miles. Take Universal Boulevard at exit 2 toward Orangewood Boulevard. Turn right on to Universal Boulevard. Continue for approx. 1 mile, you will pass Shingle Creek Resort on the right and on your left you will see Vista Cay. Take the 2nd entrance which is Lake Cay Boulevard, then make a right on to Cayview Avenue.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A short drive to shops and restaurants.
• Nearby Attractions: Vista Cay offers vacationers a more upscale vacation home location than the hustle and bustle of the traditional centers around the “192” and Highway 27. The entrance to Vista Cay at Harbor Square is located within a quarter mile from the B-Line expressway, so you can be sure that you can get fast and easy access to Disney and Universal by quickly hopping on to the I-4 and then it’s a simple 5 minute drive to either set of parks.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Credit card charges are subject to a 3% surcharge If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, all payments are forfeit. We recommend having travel insurance in case of unforeseen cancellation.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
