• MCO Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Take Airport Boulevard West to exit 1B SR-528-Toll West marked International Drive/I-4/Florida’s Turnpike. Take FL-528 West for approximately 8.4 miles. Take Universal Boulevard at exit 2 toward Orangewood Boulevard. Turn right on to Universal Boulevard. Continue for approximately 1 mile, you will pass Shingle Creek Resort on the right and on your left you will see Vista Cay.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A short drive to shops and restaurants.
• Nearby Attractions: Vista Cay offers vacationers a more upscale vacation home location than the hustle and bustle of the traditional centers around the “192” and Highway 27. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Credit card charges are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
