We have allocations of multiple units so there is a very good chance we have your dates. This is an upscale resort suitable for business or leisure use. Vista Cay is a gated community next within walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and just minutes from many attractions. The 10,000 square foot resort clubhouse offers movie theater, games room, fitness center, Internet library, swimming pool, multi-level deck space, children's playground, spa and sports court. A shopping mall adjacent to the resort is scheduled for late 2008. International Dr., it’s only a few minutes away.

Take FL-528 West for approximately 8.4 miles. Take Universal Boulevard at exit 2 toward Orangewood Boulevard. Turn right on to Universal Boulevard. Continue for approximately 1 mile, you will pass Shingle Creek Resort on the right and on your left you will see Vista Cay.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
