Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
