Davenport Lakes Esprit is a new, small, safe, quiet private rural community with its own private gate-key lake-side park with lighted tennis court and large sparkling heated pool with covered cabana with shower, washrooms, amply furnished sun-deck, partly under roof for those who need shelter from too much sunshine. Our detached home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private master suite, vaulted cathedral ceilings, fully screened and furnished patio, propane gas barbecue, clothes washer, dryer, TV, DVD player, VCR recorder, radio, CD player, cassette recorder, phones (for Internet dial-up), central heat/air conditioning, fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, utensils, towels and linens, as well as baby stroller, car seats, play pen, high chairs, 4 tennis and 2 badminton racquets with balls, shuttles. With everything you need, this home will exceed your expectations. No steps has also proven to provide quite reasonable wheelchair access.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $70.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
