The private, heated screened pool has an extra large sun-deck and is sure to give your family fun in the sunshine. It is the perfect spot to soak in the rays or splash into the cooling waters. Your family will love the community amenities, which include a community pool, 2 tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, fully stocked fishing lake, tots playground and bicycle area.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). The villa is ideally placed for all the major attractions: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Sea World, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, Pleasure Island, Wet & Wild, Church St. Station and Gatorland are all within 10-30 minutes. Publix Major Shopping Center is 1 mile from the house. It has the Publix, which is a full size supermarket, Chili's Restaurant, McDonalds, Subway, Pizza, Italian Restaurant and Chinese, Liquor Store, Walgreens Pharmacy and a full service BP and Citgo gas stations with many flavors of coffee. All of this is located just off of Interstate 4.
• Clearwater Beach is approx 60 minutes west of the house. Coco Beach is approx 45 minutes east of the house. The community has four ponds in it, but fishing is not allowed. The east and west coast beaches of Florida are approximately 1 hour either way on Interstate 4.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney is 6 miles away. Universal Studios and Sea World are approx 10 minutes away off of Interstate 4.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Please discuss further with this owner. Personal check must take 5 business days to clear.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day and/or 125 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
