There is an abundance of restaurants and shops on the US27 and US192 only a few minutes drive away.
Disney World is about a 20 minute drive. Universal Studios is about a 30 minute drive. Sea World is about a 25 minute drive. Kennedy Space Center is about 1 hour drive. Busch Gardens is about 1 hour drive. Beaches on the west and east coast of Florida are about 1 hour drive.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250.00.
$250 reservation deposit is required as well as the completion of a booking form. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival as well as a completed credit card authorization form that is held as the damage deposit.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
At the time of booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 per week per booking, with the outstanding balance due 30 days before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 30 days before the arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.
Payments can be made from within the US with personal checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal (4% Convenience Fee added to your total for the last three options), for guests from outside the US please send payment in the form of US Dollar Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard or via PayPal (4.5% Convenience Fee added to your total for the last three options).
A refundable security deposit of $300 will be requested by the management company, this is held in the form of a credit card form completed and sent with the balance payment. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning etc.
