The rear of the home is raised higher than the adjoining villas, so when on the deck it is private.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is an abundance of restaurants and shops on the US27 and US192 only a few minutes drive away.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
At the time of booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 per week per booking, with the outstanding balance due 30 days before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 30 days before the arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.
Payments can be made from within the US with personal checks, money orders or via PayPal (4% Convenience Fee added to your total), for guests from outside the US please send payment in the form of US Dollar Travelers Checks or via PayPal (4.5% Convenience Fee added to your total).
A refundable security deposit of $300 will be requested by the management company and must be paid on arrival at our home by you regardless of the length of your stay. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 27.75 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
