• Orlando Airport - 20 minute drive
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Numerous golf courses are available to the public, with the closest one about a two minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The complex is located between two shopping centers, each within a 3 minute drive. Restaurants abound, with the closest one across the street from the complex, and over a dozen within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Numerous tourist attractions are within a 5 to 25 minute drive, such as Disney World & MGM (about 5 to 7 minutes), Splendid China (3 minutes), Universal Studios (20 minutes), downtown Orlando (25 minutes) and dozens of others close by. Daytona Beach is a little over an hour to the east, and west coast beaches are less than 2 hours to the west.
• There is a beautiful lake in the complex, for boating, swimming, and fishing (stocked), and numerous other lakes in the area. The Kissimmee chain of lakes and the St. Johns river are within a close drive, and boat rentals and airboat rides are available in several areas. The Atlantic Ocean is just over an hour to the east, and the Gulf of Mexico is less than 2 hours to the west. The community has a small beach on its large lake, with sand volleyball and a picnic area. There is also a dock, playground, tennis courts, hot tub, heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, and clubhouse with exercise room, party room, crafts room, and billiard room close to the beach. Residents can bring small boats or jet-skis to enjoy on the lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Payment is to be made directly to the home owner. Checks, money orders, cashier's checks are preferred. Credit cards are accepted only by calling the home owner directly. Cards accepted are Visa, MC, Amex, Discover. A 3% processing fee will be charged.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
