Our villa is ideal for families who want to be close to the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer but wish to be located amongst the solitude of conservation land, lakes and wildlife.

Located only one mile away from Route 192 with many restaurants and shopping centers. A Super WalMart is within 0.5 mile for your daily grocery needs. • Nearby Attractions: Situated very close to Disney theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM studios, Sea World and many more. The best shopping in Florida can be found at the Florida Mall (35 mins) and the Mall at Millennia (40 mins). There are a number of excellent golf courses including Reunion Resort and Champions Gate within minutes of the villa.
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Cancellation Policy: a) The Renter may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email. b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled: c) Over 90 days prior to check-in - $20 processing fee. d) 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year. e) 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental. f) Within 30 days - 100% of rental. Note: We will not keep deposits/rental fees except $20 processing fee if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the original rental fee because it is posted as a late availability listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded. Renters are advised to take out cancellation insurance. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or 140 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate. |
