Your private 30ft heated pool is located at the rear of the villa with a patio and views across a beautiful lake and wildlife reserve. Binoculars are provided for watching the wildlife.

More Information

There is a laundry/utility room with a separate drier and washing machine. The pool is heated, but an additional charge is required to cover the heating costs. There is a local Cash-n-Carry supermarket within a three or four minute drive which will provide you with most of your daily shopping needs. In the other direction there is a bank, gas station, shopping centre and restaurants within a three or four minute drive. The airport is easy to get to as are all the major attractions. It is situated in a quiet residential gated area called Spring Lakes and is built on the banks of a large lake and nature reserve that is home to an abundance of wildlife.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than one hundred golf courses within one hours drive from the villa. The owner can supply information on available golf courses if needed.
• The villa backs onto a lake. The drive to the Atlantic Coast is less than one hour.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Payment is normally made by cheque in US dollars at the current exchange rate or UK Pounds Sterling.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
