On the complex there are 3 heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi's. a Kiddies pool, a Kiddies playground, 2 flood lit Tennis courts, Sauna, Gym, Pool room, shuffleboard, Basket ball and Volleyball. These are all free to residents. There is also a number of lakes that can be fished. Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
