    This vacation home was built in 2001. It has been repainted inside and out in April 2007, with pool deck. We have replaced all dining room and living room furniture and purchased new bed linens. New towels continually purchased. New HD LDC TV and home theatre system. Set among 165 acres of wetlands with spring fed Lake Madison and an adjoining nature trail. A 2.5 mile lakefront nature trail winds around the lake and through the forest preserve. Community has Tennis courts, Olympic sized swimming pool. Tot playground, basketball, volleyball, and sailing.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    Alterations to bookings incur $39 fee. $16 fee for bounced checks.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
