There are 3 heated swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, kiddies pool, kiddies play area, 2 floodlit tennis courts, gym, pool room, shuffle board, basketball and volleyball. These are all free to guests. Distances

• We are about 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and about 50 minutes drive from Sanford Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Numerous golf course are available to the public. The Orange Lake Golf Course is the closest, being right next door, less than 5 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The complex is located between 2 shopping centres, each is within a 3 minute drive. Restaurants abound with the closest one across the street from the complex, and over a dozen within a 3 - 5 minute drive. Numerous tourist attractions are within a 5 - 25 minute drive, such as Disney World and MGM (about 5-7 minutes), Splendid China (10 minutes) Sea World and Discovery Cove (15 minutes), Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Wet n' Wild (20 minutes), Downtown Orlando (25 minutes) and dozens of others close by.
• There are a number of lakes on the complex, the largest one being by the Club House. The Kissimmee chain of lakes and the St John's River are within a close drive, and airboat and boat rentals are available in several areas. Daytona Beach and the Atlantic Ocean is just over an hour to the east and the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful beaches are less than 2 hours to the west. The community has a small beach on its large lake, with sand volleyball and a picnic area. There is also a dock, children's playground, tennis courts, hot tub, heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, billiards room and exercise room (suitable clothing required). All the equipment is provided free of charge within the Club House near by. Residents can bring small boats, jet skis or fishing equipment to enjoy in the lake area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
