Vista Del Lago is a magnificent waterfront community of detached homes located on beautiful Racoon Lake and just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.The natural beauty of the Vista Del Lago community is enhanced by a million dollar Mediterranean style clubhouse with a courtyard overlooking the heated pool and jacuzzi.Outdoor sporting facilities include floodlit tennis courts,racquetball courts,shuffleboard and a basketball court.
All of the above facilities are free of charge for holiday home renters.Adjacent to the complex is Orange Lake Golf Club - a challenging,yet inexpensive 27-hole course.

    Screened porch has table and chairs. There is a barbecue and two bicycles in the shed which are available for guest's use. There are three swimming pools on the complex, the nearest just a short walk from our property. The other two are located at the Clubhouse. There is also a sports bar at the entrance to the complex.     • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby. There are a number of golf courses in the area, the nearest is Orange Lake right next door - 2 minutes by car.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are two supermarkets just two minutes away and numerous shops and dining places within 5 minutes drive. Disney Marketplace and Kissimmee only 10 minutes drive. Great designer shops (Premium Outlet Mall) only minutes away.
    • There are a number of lakes around the Vista Del Lago complex, all within walking distance of our property. The Atlantic coast is approx 1 hour drive and the Gulf coast approx 2 hours drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
