More Information

Our community benefits from lakeside walks, fishing lake and a three mile nature reserve. The communal area hosts tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a swimming pool, picnic area and children’s play area. Set among 165 acres of wetlands with spring fed Lake Madison and an adjoining nature trail. A 2.5 mile lakefront nature trail winds around the lake and through the forest preserve. Clubhouse and recreation center.

MCO is a 45 minute drive. Sanford is a 60 minute drive
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several championship golf courses within a 2 miles drive from our villa including the Champions Gate Course.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several shopping and dining areas within a 5 minute drive of the villa. Seven miles to Disney World.
Our Villa has the best view of the community lake being set right beside it.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
1. To Secure Your Dates * Complete and return Booking Form and forward your booking deposit of £100.00/$200.00 (or full payment if 8 Weeks of less to arrival at villa) 2. Balance of Payment Balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival, this will include accommodation, pool heat if required & security deposit less your booking deposit already paid at time of booking. 3. Refund of Security Deposit Your security deposit will be refunded to you no later than 28 days after departure after a satisfactory departure inspection has been made. If for any reason we receive a report of damage you will be emailed immediately with details and photographs and the cost to be deducted from your security deposit. 3. Cancellation Policy Timescale Loss 60 Days Booking Deposit 59 - 30 days Booking Deposit and 50% Accommodation Cost 29 days or less Booking Deposit, Security Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $140.00 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
