Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
