Resort Amenities are available for a one time guest registration fee of $75. Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
