There is room for 20 boats. Great swimming beach, separate area for boats and sea-doos to come right up on beach. Water trampoline. Beach towels available at Sales Center. Please do not use house towels at the beach. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Water Trampoline.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
If booking for less than 7 nights, a surcharge of $150.00 will be added to your total booking fee.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
