The property is situated on over 300 feet of waterfront on beautiful Palmer Lake in Okanogan County, WA. The Lodge is 5000+ square feet fully furnished with 8 bedrooms, a huge screened-in porch, wrap-around deck with huge timbers, a massive stone fireplace, pool table, brand new kitchen and dining area and 3 new full size bathrooms with natural stone finishes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, granite countertops, slate floors and gorgeous new cabinets. The beach is kid friendly, and the lake is open to all watersports. A boat tie-up is available.

The Beach: Palmer Lake Lodge is situated on 2.5 acres with 300+ feet of lake front. The local road to Loomis divides the property, with the lake on one side and the beach on the other. The beach is made of small smooth and flat stones. It is shallow enough for small kids to wade/swim safely close to shore but deep enough to allow for a boat tie-up off shore. There is a large anchor with a buoy and boat tie-up available. Beach Equipment: Row Boat.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
