Well equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There is a milkshake mixer. Kitchen has a wood table with four chairs..and there is a dining table for 6 on the covered verandah. A BBQ is located on the verandah.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). There is a dresser and two nightstands with lamps. Ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Views will vary at different cottages, but most have views of other Verandah Beach units, lawn areas and some landscaped areas. Mountains surrounding Osoyoos are visible from the windows and the verandas.

More Information

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mount Baldy is the nearest ski hill, and Apex resort is also nearby (approx 1 1/4 hour drive).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In-resort diner and a gift shop/general store area within walking distance. Downtown Oroville shopping is a 10 minute drive. 'Princes' is the main grocery store, and there is a liquor store across the road from Prince's, just a minute north on the highway. There is an ATM machine in Prince's, and a pharmacy in Oroville.
• Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. • Nearby Attractions: For those rare days that you may want to explore the attractions in the Oroville area, they include; **Taber's Fruit Stand, 33345 Hwy 97 in Oroville...open 7 days a week, they also offer wine tasting daily from their own Copper Mountain Vineyards. **Molson Museums; Old Molson Ghost Town Museum is a reassembled pioneer town, and the Molson Schoolhouse Museum is a 3-story brick schoolhouse that was built in 1914. Open daily 10-5 from Memorial Day to Labor Day; located 15 miles east of Oroville. **Okanogan Vineyards has a tasting room at 1205 Main St. in Oroville, and are open year round, 10:30-5:30 in peak season. **Just across the border in Osoyoos, are: Nk'Mip Cellars, open 9-5 daily. Summer tours at 11am, 1 and 3 pm. A Desert & Heritage Centre is adjacent to the Nk'Mip Cellars, as is the Sonora Dunes Golf Course. **For the kids, Rattlesnake Canyon is at 5502 Main St in Osoyoos. It is an entertainment park with Go Karts, rides, mini golf, bumper boats, Bungee Tree, arcade, ice cream parlour, gift store and concession stand and free parking.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

There is no security/damage deposit required.
A deposit of one nights rent and tax is due upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is given within 10 days of the booking being made. After 10 days grace period, the deposit is forfeit if the booking is cancelled. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable. Payment will be processed to the card on file.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
