Beautiful country house consisting of a main building where the manor apartment is located and an outbuilding with 2 apartments (Cunicchi 1 e Cunicchi 2). the property is situated on a hill in a peaceful and panoramic position in the valley of the Tevere river. Beautiful, broad views of the surrounding olive tree groves and the walls of the ancient hamlet of Montecchio. Excellent geographic position for visiting Umbria, Etruria and Tuscany. Shared between the 2 apartments: equipped outdoor areas where you will find the swimming pool (6x12) in a panoramic position. The property of approx. 1 hectare is completely fenced in. The owner uses the manor apartment. 3 mountain bikes are available for the guests. In the area near the hamlet it is possible to go for walks and to purchase excellent extra-virgin olive oil. ACCOMMODATION: (250 m2) In the manor villa. Gr. fl.. large lounge with fireplace and double sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with direct access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: (entrance from the back of the accommodation): 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of which with bath and one with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
