Three cosy and characteristic holiday apartments located inside a family-run farm situated just a few kilometres north of the beautiful lake of Bolsena. Peaceful position, views of the countryside. In a large lawn situated slightly below where the apartments are located, you will find a swimming pool (8x20), shared also with the owner (who lives in a fourth apartment). 2 baby-beds are available (included in the price) and a high chair. Small laundry room (washing machine) that is shared in a detached room. Domestic help is possible (on request and to be paid for on location) and Internet connection. Parking. Comfortable furniture. DISTANCES: 3 km from the town of Castel Giorgio (grocery shops), 15 km Bolsena (all kinds of shops) very equipped for bathing (small beaches that are both public and with private bathing establishments), 16 km the very popular Civita di Bagnoregio ("the dying city") ,18 km Orvieto and within a radius of 30 km the famous Etruscan area with important centres such as Pitigliano,Valentano.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
