Beautiful and elegant country villa situated in a strategic position on the side of a hill that dominates over the imposing tuff promontory where the fascinating city of Orvieto stands. The house has large grounds, partly vineyards and an equipped area on the side of the house where you will find the swimming pool (6x12); in the back you will also find a very panoramic terrace with view of Orvieto and a patio equipped for outdoor dining. Parking inside the property. DISTANCES: 4 km Orvieto (all kinds of shops), 12 km the lake of Bolsena (bathing is possible and characteristic towns on the lake), 30 km Todi and Viterbo.
ACCOMMODATION: (220 m2) Gr. fl.: large and sunny living/dining room with fireplace (hi-fi) and direct access to the pretty terrace, 1 kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, barbecue) with pantry (washing machine) and direct access to the patio, 1 study with fireplace and double divan bed, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
